Prank - A phase in My Life - My Teen Years - Scenes which I can not forget
I was thirteen and was sitting in my Class at my School near the Door of the class.
I saw out of my class my younger brother was walking and his face was as if he was crying. I got tensed.
When I reached home after school, I came to know that somebody had played a prank on him and he had hurt his forehead.

Bees - My Teen Years - Scenes which I can not forget
I was twelve. All of us siblings had joined a new school as we had shifted to another city.
During the recess / lunch hour at my school, I was returning back after drinking water. I saw my younger brother surrounded by bees, in quite bad condition, he was 7 years of age at that time. Lots and lots of bees had stung him. I went to his school principal and requested her to allow me to take him home.
I took him home. My mother took him to doctor.
Doctor gave him an injection.

Kena Upanishad
Kena : By Whom
"By whom is the mind directed to dwell on an object ?"
"By whose will directed does the mind proceed to its object?"
The eye registers an image of the object and transmits it to the mind. The mind receives the signals from the eye, and records them. But what faculty directs the mind to do this and later makes sense of the signals so received ?
The eye and the mind are obviously physical instruments directed by and serving a higher faculty of understanding. It is clear then, that it is not the eye, but a higher "I" that sees.
The Pupil asks: 'At whose wish does the mind sent forth proceed on its errand? At whose command does the first breath go forth? At whose wish do we utter this speech? What god directs the eye, or the ear?'
The Teacher replies: 'It is the ear of the ear, the mind of the mind, the speech of speech, the breath of breath, and the eye of the eye. When freed (from the senses) the wise, on departing from this world, become immortal.
The eye does not go thither, nor speech, nor mind. We do not know, we do not understand, how any one can teach it.
It is different from the known, it is also above the unknown, thus we have heard from those of old, who taught us this.
That which is not expressed by speech and by which speech is expressed, that alone know as Brahman, not that which people here adore.
That which does not think by mind, and by which, they say, mind is thought, that alone know as Brahman, not that which people here adore.
That which does not see by the eye, and by which one sees (the work of) the eyes, that alone know as Brahman, not that which people here adore.
That which does not hear by the ear, and by which the ear is heard, that alone know as Brahman, not that which people here adore.
That which does not breathe by breath, and by which breath is drawn, that alone know as Brahman, not that which people here adore.'

My Childhood Fear!
When I was a child and during my teenage as well as after teenage years my father used to tell me that if he dies I will have to take care of all my siblings. I have 4 younger siblings.
I used to fear death of my parents due to above. When my parents used to sleep, I would be afraid that they are dead so I would watch them closely to see if they are breathing or not.
This fear factor and the factor that my siblings are studying well or not or are they earning good or not used to be in my brains round the clock. It stopped when my youngest sibling has a good job for himself. That day I felt some freedom in my life.

Why am I born? Why have I come on this earth?
About 8 years back a friend of mine was going to meet an astrologer. It was Sunday, a holiday, so he asked me to accompany him. I accompanied to the astrologer with him.
We went to astrologer's house. My friend showed astrologer, his family's horoscope and asked various questions to astrologer.
After my friend got over with his questions, he asked me to ask any question to the astrologer.
I asked astrologer "Why am I born? Why have I come on this earth?"
Astrologer got stunned and surprised. He said nobody has ever in his lifetime asked him such question. He said that normally people ask him questions about money and told me that "You are the only person who has asked me such question". He said that he does not have the reply to this question.

Shyness My Shield
The Story of My Experiments with Truth/Part I/
Shyness My Shield
by Mohandas K. Gandhi"Experience has taught me that silence is part of the spiritual discipline of a votary of truth. Proneness to exaggerate, to suppress or modify the truth, wittingly or unwittingly, is a natural weakness of man and silence is necessary in order to surmount it. A man of few words will rarely be thoughtless in his speech; he will measure every word. We find so many people impatient to talk. There is no chairman of a meeting who is not pestered with notes for permission to speak. And whenever the permission is given the speaker generally exceeds the time-limit, asks for more time, and keeps on talking without permission. All this talking can hardly be said to be of my benefit to the world. It is so much waste of time. My shyness has been in reality my shield and buckler. It has allowed me to grow. It has helped me in my discernment of truth."

The real life - The most pleasurable life - I love it
The most pleasurable life is this "The prescribed medicine for the most pleasurable life"
"Throughout his life, Gandhi remained committed to non-violence and truth even in the most extreme situations. A student of Hindu philosophy, he lived simply, organizing an ashram that was self-sufficient in its needs. Making his own clothes — the traditional Indian dhoti and shawl woven with a charkha, he lived on a simple vegetarian diet. He used rigorous fasts, for long periods, for both self-purification and protest." (Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mahatma_Gandhi)

Read the sentence above .Count the number of "F"s used in the sentence. how many are used ?
How many did you count ?
Three ?
Four ?
The answer is six.
The reason you may have missed counting all six is your brain does not process the "F" in "OF". The word is pronounced "OV".

My college and my professor
On the first day of my college, I was attending a class.
I was sitting on second last row, very peacefully and in my meditative mode
and leisurely.
I feel our professor did not like my happy mode, the ease with which i was sitting.
He told me to get out of the class.
For next three years in the college, I never attended that professors class.

Turn Off Indexing to Speed Up XP
Windows XP keeps a record of all files on the hard disk so when you do a search on the hard drive it is faster. There is a downside to this and because the computer has to index all files, it will slow down normal file commands like open, close, etc. If you do not do a whole lot of searches on your hard drive then you may want to turn this feature off:
Open My Computer.
Right-click your hard drive icon and select Properties.
At the bottom of the window you'll see "Allow indexing service to index this disk for faster searches," uncheck this and click ok.
A new window will pop up and select Apply to all folders and subfolders.
It will take a minute or two for the changes to take affect but
Clean Your Prefetch to Improve Performance
This is a unique technique for WinXP. We know that it is necessary to scrub registry and TEMP files for Win9X/ME/2000 periodically. Prefetch is a new and very useful technique in Windows XP. However, after using XP some time, the prefetch directory can get full of junk and obsolete links in the Prefetch catalog, which can slow down your computer noticeably.
Open C(system drive):/windows/prefetch, delete those junk and obsolete files, reboot. It is recommended that you do this every month.
Performance Increase Through My Computer
Easy enough tweak to usually find out about it on your own, but still, some of us still don't find it right away. So here it is:
Start > right-click on My Computer and select Properties.
Click on the "Advanced" tab.
See the "Performance" section? Click "Settings".
Disable the following:
Fade or slide menus into view
Fade or slide ToolTips into view
Fade out menu items after clicking
Show Shadows under menus
Slide open combo boxes
Slide taskbar buttons
Use a background image for each folder type
Use common tasks in folders
There, now Windows will still look nice and perform faster.
Reduce 10 Second Scandisk Wait Time
Start MS Dos Prompt (Start run CMD), and type: CHKNTFS /T:4
where 4 is the amount of wait time.
CHKNTFS /?
for more info.
DMA Mode on IDE Devices
Just like Windows 2000, Windows XP still fails to set the DMA mode correctly for the IDE device designated as the slaves on the primary IDE and secondary IDE channels. Most CD-ROMS are capable of supporting DMA mode, but the default in XP is still PIO. Setting it to DMA won't make your CD-ROM faster, but it will consume less CPU cycles. Here's how:
Open the Device Manager. One way to do that is to right-click on "My Computer", select the Hardware tab, and select Device Manager.
Expand "IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers" and double-click on "Primary IDE Channel".
Under the "Advanced Settings" tab, check the "Device 1" setting. More than likely, your current transfer mode is set to PIO.
Set it to "DMA if available".
Repeat the step for the "Secondary IDE Channel" if you have devices attached to it. Reboot.
Load Internet Explorer the Fastest Way Possible
Edit your link to start Internet Explorer to have -nohome after it. For Example: "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" -nohome
This will load internet explorer very fast because it does not load a web page while it is loading. If you want to go to your homepage after it is loaded, just click on the home button.
Easy Way to Adjust LargeSystemCache
Normally, the tweak I've seen asks you to go into HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management and change the value to either O or 1 to the adjustment the LargeSystemCache.
However, in Windows XP, all you have to do is:
Right-click My Computer.
Select Properties.
Click Advanced.
Choose Performance.
Click Advanced again.
Select either Programs or System Cache under Memory Usage.
Programs = 0 for the registry tweak equivalent
System Cache = 1 for the registry tweak equivalent
9)Shutdown XP faster.
Like previous versions of windows, it takes long time to restart or shutdown windows XP when the "Exit Windows" sound is enabled. To solve this problem you must disable this useless sound.
Click Start button.
Go to settings > Control Panel > Sound, Speech and Audio devices > Sounds and Audio Devices > Sounds.
Then under program events and windows menu click on "Exit Windows" sub-menu and highlight it. Now from sounds you can select, choose "none" and then click Apply and OK.
Now you should see some improvements when shutting down your system.
10)Easily Disable Messanger
Go into: C:/Program Files/Messenger. Rename the Messenger folder to "MessengerOFF".
This does not slow down Outlook Express or hinder system performance.
Turn Off Autoplay for Program CDs
How can you stop Windows XP from launching program CDs?
Click Start, click Run, type GPEDIT.MSC to open Group Policy in the Microsoft Management Console.
Double-click Computer Configuration, double-click Administrative templates, double-click System, and then click Turn off autoplay.
The instructions on your screen describe how to configure this setting. Click Properties to display the setting dialog.
Click Enabled, and choose CD-ROM drives, then click OK, to stop CD autoplay.
This setting does not prevent Autoplay for music CDs.
Win XP Won’t Completely Shutdown
Go to Control Panel, then go to Power Options.
Click on the APM tab, then check the "Enable Advanced Power Management support."
Shut down your PC.
It should now successfully complete the Shut Down process.
Adjust Various Visual Effects
Open up the Control Panel.
Go under System and click on the Advanced tab.
Click settings under Performance options.
You can now change various graphical effects (mainly animations and shadows).
Disable Error Reporting
Open Control Panel.
Click on Performance and Maintenance.
Click on System.
Then click on the Advanced tab.
Click on the error-reporting button on the bottom of the windows.
Select Disable error reporting.
Click OK. Click OK.
Increase Your Cable Modem or DSL Speed in XP
This tweak is for broad band cable connections on stand alone machines with WinXP professional version - might work on Home version also. It may also work with networked machines as well.
This tweak assumes that you have let WinXP create a connection on install for your cable modem/NIC combination and that your connection has tcp/ip - QoS - file and print sharing - and client for Microsoft networks , only, installed. It also assumes that WinXP will detect your NIC and has in-box drivers for it. If it doesn't do not try this.
In the "My Network Places" properties (right-click on the desktop icon and choose properties), highlight the connection
then at the menu bar choose "Advanced" then "Advanced Settings". Uncheck the two boxes in the lower half for the
bindings for File and Printer sharing and Client for MS networks. Click OK.
16)Stop Jerkey Graphics
If you are connected to a LAN and have problems with jerkey graphics, this might be the solution:
Right-click "MyComputer".
Select "Manage".
Click on "Device Manager".
Double-click on your NIC under "Network Adapters".
In the new window, select the "Advanced" tab.
Select "Connection Type" and manually set the value of your NIC. (Not "Auto Sense" which is default.).
You should reboot.
Speeding Up Your Old Shit Pentium by 50%
We all know that you really shouldn't try to run Windows XP on anything less that about a Pentium 3 of some sort if you are out for speedy operations and amazing reaction times, but for those of us with the good old Pentium 2's who want to see just how well we can run XP, we have to tweak as much as we can where-ever we can. A real killer to the system's performance is Windows Media Player. Although it may look desirable and fancy with it's rounded off edges and 3rd-Dimensional appearance, the truth is, it takes up a large amount of that precious processing power. All of these troubles however, lead to one thing in particular with this 'new-look' over-rated music and video player...the Visualizations. The look-great I'll admit but like a lot of software these days, it has no purpose. If you run the task manager, and click the Performance tab along the top, you'll see that when Windows Media Player is running and nothing else is active, it takes up around 50% of the processors power. Once these visualizations are turned off, it barely takes up 2-3% of the processors power, which leaves much more room for other applications to work efficiently.
Here's how to disable the feature:
Open Media Player.
Make sure the Now Playing tab on the left is selected.
Click the View menu along the top.
Go down to Now Playing Tools

War Blackout
I was 5 years of age.
My country was at war with a neighbor country.
We used to have blackout at night.
We had to stuck news papers and used thick curtains on our windows for blackout. All lights were kept shut and we ensured that there was no light.
War siren used to be sounded many times a day.
We used to sit in the blackout at night during the war on our building terrace as child and used to see the 3 or 4 or 5 fighter planes flying in the sky.

We used to sit in the blackout at night during the war on our building terrace as child and used to see the 3 or 4 or 5 fighter planes flying in the sky.
Pilot Saved
17th May 1989, it was morning hours.
I had just taken bath and was combing my hair and looking outside from the window of my house. I heard a loud noise of an fighter plane.
I saw a fighter plane ( I later came to know that it was MiG-23 ) was coming down very fast, and the pilot ejecting and coming down with parachute.
I along with my younger brother went to the site, where MiG-23 had crashed.
I saw the pilot was safe as he had ejected.
The fighter plane was completely broken with its parts thrown far from each other.

My Soul and My Mother
Today I talked to my Mother for more than an hour and i felt as if i am talking to my soul. Its really amazing.
My Mother
When I was about 13 or 14 years of age, I used to wear Contact Lenses.I used to go to my school on BSA SLR.
My school was around 3 miles (5 Km) from my residence.
One day while coming back from school at a distance of around 2 miles, due to wind speed, the contact lense of one of my eye came out of my eye and fell on the road.
The road was quite dusty.
I stopped, went back to the place where I assumed my contact lens had fallen and started searching for it.
I searched for about 25 minutes, I could not find it.

I went home.
When I reached home I told about the incidence to my mother.
Now look at the grit and detemination of my mother.
My mother heard me. I told the location to my mother where my contact lens had fallen.
It fell near a light / electric pole near some bunglows before a 4 way cross road.
My mother went to that place and returned back in, I think, about 35 minutes. And she found my contact lens. (Even though it was broken by some vehicle running over it.)
It was a impossible task made possible by my mother.
This is mother the whole mightly.
Lots of love to you mother

My tryst with Death and Soul
Once when I used to go for learning swimming, I was taken into deep water by my swimming instructor.
He asked me to practice in deep. It was my second or third day in swimming learning.
The swimming instructor started teaching a little child how to swim and forgot that I was practicing in the deep water in swimming pool.
I started to go down (drown) in water.
I started struggling to come out of the water, but went down and down.
Water started going into my chest and stomach, and I was sure
that I was going to die.
That time I had an unusual experience,
How real it is I don't understand?
I ( my soul / spirit ) came out of the body and started moving with the wind and was floating with the wind.
It was not my body but my soul / spirit .
My body was still in water struggling to be alive and come out of water.
Due to some unknown force, tip of my index finger touched the leg of swimming instructor.
Swimming instructor turned back and down and saw that I was drowning, he took me out of water. Water had gone in my stomach and may be chest, I was conscious. My body lived.
This was a kind of after life experience, where I experienced my soul coming out of my body and moving up along with the wind, while my body was struggling to remain alive.
While drowning in the water and struggling to be alive I ( me, my soul ) could see the swimming pool and the Hotel where I was learning swimming.

Entrapped Soul
Why some seek Peace
by using violence?
How can I control my anger
entrapped in this worldly demands?
They say gravitational force
pull things down,
but fire goes up,
Human and plants
go up toward Sun.
I try to let go
but i can't
things just stick
like flesh to my body
I tried to let go
my soul
from my body!
Now i find
body and soul are
same!

Why?
Why did I do that?
me or my family or
my clan or my country
or my earth, or my solar system,
or my universe or my god
or my earth, or my solar system,
or my universe or my god
to survive.
Why i want them to survive?
Because i want to enjoy the best things
of this cosmos / universe / earth.
Why i want to enjoy the best things
Why do i like it?
I don't know!!!
It is survival instinct.
People want to survive
World / Universe / Cosmos is expanding
so we are expanding.
have more portion of it.
I want to have more knowledge.
I want to give more knowledge.
I want to distribute more knowledge.
Whys did i do that is a mystery
which only nature knows.

Supra Universe
Supra universe is a huge human form.Milky way is a vein in this human.
Solar System is an atom in the vein.
Sun is nucleus.

Planets are electrons.
We are on electron called earth.
We are moving in the body of a big supra universe who is a living person

Soul
I have been searching my soul
since my childhood.
And have even searched it.
I have reached an a stage where
i can go deep down my soul and
remain peaceful and calm for
hours and hours
and days and days.
But than what about my family,
what about my parents,
what about my brothers and sisters?
What about man going to moon?
If i just sit in meditation for
hours and hours, and days and day
in calmness,
than why did man go to moon?
Why does Sunita Williams
go on space mission?
Soul searching is exciting,
but once we have searched our soul,
we have to come back
to our body and reality.
We have to accept that
this body itself is soul.

Happy Valentine's Day!!!
The Love Song of Sarojini Naidu
Ecstasy
Cover mine eyes, O my Love!
Mine eyes that are weary of bliss
As of light that is poignant and strong
O silence my lips with a kiss,
My lips that are weary of song!
Shelter my soul, O my love!
My soul is bent low with the pain
And the burden of love, like the grace
Of a flower that is smitten with rain:
O shelter my soul from thy face!

Shilpa Shetty wins 'Big Brother' reality show
LONDON: Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty has won Channel 4's reality TV show Celebrity Big Brother and bagged an estimated 100,000 pounds in prize money. The results didn't come as a surprise because the leggy Indian star was tipped as the favourite to win. Shilpa, 31, the first Indian to participate in the British TV show, was reportedly paid in excess of 40,000 pounds for her participation.
"She was leading all the betting sites," Shilpa's publicist Dale Bhagwagar had said. Shilpa's being on the show, which started Jan 3, didn't make as much news as the racist slurs hurled against her by her housemates, namely British contestant Jade Goody who has since been voted out by the audience.
Housemates Goody, Danielle Lloyd and Jo O'Meara seemed to have ganged up against Shilpa during her stay. She became the subject of their snide and biting comments because of her svelte figure, poise and charm, good dressing sense and background as a popular Bollywood actor.
The racist comments caused outrage in India and Britain, with the issue figuring in the House of Commons and feminist diva Germaine Greer, and even two Indian ministers, demanding corrective action.
Shilpa, who made her debut in Bollywood with the 1993 super hit Baazigar which also starred reigning superstar Shah Rukh Khan, never managed to touch the skies as a star. Her slinky dance numbers were more appreciated than her emoting.
But now her popularity ratings have soared suddenly - thanks to the controversial reality show.
"Hollywood film offers have started coming in. Apart form the US and Britain, offers are coming from Spain and Singapore too. Also, the Indian film industry suddenly seems to have woken up to the new Shilpa," said Bhagwagar.
Other contestants who participated in it were Michael Jackson's brother Jermaine, A-Team star Dirk Benedict, Donny Tourette of punk band The Towers of London, ex-Steps star Ian "H" Watkins and "Kenny Everett" Show actress Cleo Rocos.
