Remove loneliness

As per wikipedia

"Loneliness is an emotional state in which a person or animal experiences a powerful feeling of emptiness and isolation."

How to fill this emptiness or isolation.

Sometimes people feel loneliness even if they are in the crowd, even if thousand of people are their neighbor.

Loneliness is a feeling, which a person choose themselves. They individually decide that they are lonely.

Whole natural creations in this universe are with us, so why to feel lonely.

Find a companionship with yourself, with nature and everything around you.

We need air, which is easily available. Have it to the full.

We need water, which normally is available to our required need. Enjoy it to the full.

We normally get food as per our needs, enjoy it to the full.

We can do Yoga Pranayam and meditation with help of earth, air, space, and our body and soul. We donot need anything else.

Do yoga Pranayam and meditation, you will not have time to feel lonely.

Where is the time to feel lonely? When you have whole nature with you. To make nature our companion be with nature, follow natures way.

Do yoga, pranayam and meditation. Breathe, inhale, exhale.

Yoga, Pranayam and Meditation would make you feel that whole universe is your. You will be able to find companionship in everything.

Small small things would excite you. Flowers, Trees, Birds, Sky, Cloud, Moon, Rising and Setting Sun, Fresh Air, Rain, Snow, Colors everything would excite you.

You would not have time to be alone.

Yoga, Pranayam and meditation increases your confidence in yourself.

You become more strong physically and mentally.

Through Yoga, Pranayam and Meditation, reach to a state of consciousness where you get connected to everything.

    These are POWERFULLY true statements. Ones I know from experience to be very true. I also loved your line about simple things: the flowers, trees, etc. all I can say it is GREAT GREAT advice! Good for you. This is 100% right on.

  8. I have recently found breathing to be very closely linked to how I feel. When swimming I breath through a snorkle which is just a long tube that lets me keep my head underwater but still breathe. The sound of my breathing is very magnified and easy to modify. I wondered if yoga ever used a device to allow a person to hear their breathes so clearly, might be worth a try. It also provides resistance to strengthen the breathing muscles
