8 easy exercise for Six Pack Abs





These are awesome exercises for Strong core with six pack abs

Hands on the side Jackknife

Lie down on the floor. Hands on the side, legs straight. Raise both your upper body and lower body (straight legs) together, and touch your palms to your legs.

3 Sets of 30 reps

Alternate Cross Crunch

LIe down on the floor. Legs folded at knee. Hands folded at elbow, palms supporting your head. Raise upper body and touch your elbows to your opposite leg knees alternatively.

3 Sets of 30 reps

Lying down Both legs cycling

Lie down on the floor. Hands on the side or palms under your head. Raise your both legs together and move them in cycling movements.

3 Sets of 30 reps

Lying down Leg Scissors

Lie down on the floor, Hands on the side on the floor. Raise both legs at around 35 degrees, and move them like scissors.

3 sets of 30 reps

Lying down alternate legs cycling

Lie down on the floor. Hands on the side or palms under your head. Raise your both legs together and move them in cycling movements alternatively.

Crunches - Hands on side

Lie down on the floor. Legs together folded at knee. Raise your hands slightly on the side and raise your upper body for around 30 reps

Crunches - Palms between legs

Lie down on the floor. Legs together folded at knee. Raise your hands slightly with palms between your legs and raise your upper body for around 30 reps

Lying down side crunches - Palm to heels

Lie down on the floor. Legs together folded at knee. Raise your upper body slightly with hands on side, and move from side to side touching your palms to your feet

8 Easy Exercise for 6 Pack Abs

Easy way to exercise

Exercise anytime of the day or night.

Breathe in and out for 2 to 5 minutes. That is inhale and exhale for 2 to 5 minutes

Yawn 2 to 10 times

Clap for 2 to 5 minutes

Move your hands up and down from shoulder 10 to 20 times

Move your legs one after another up and down for 2 to 5 minutes.

Walk for 2 to 5 minutes

Rotate your palms 5 to 10 times

Open and close your palms 5 to 10 times

Rub your left palm with your right palm for 2 to 5 minutes

Rub your right palm with your left palm for 2 to 5 minutes

Press your left palm with your right palm for 2 to 5 minutes

Press your right palm with your left palm for 2 to 5 minutes

Fill air in your mouth and release it for 5 to 10 times

Move your stomach in and out for 5 to 10 times. (Do this exercise on empty stomach)

Fill air in your chest and releast it for 5 to 10 times

Rub your soles with your palm for 2 to 5 minutes

Press your soles with your palm for 2 to 5 minutes

Rub your left sole with right sole for 2 to 5 minutes

Rub your right sole with left sole for 2 to 5 minutes

Press your left sole with right sole for 2 to 5 minutes

Press your right sole with left sole for 2 to 5 minutes

Laugh loudly with your mouth fully open for 1 to 2 minutes

Laugh with your mouth shut for 1 to 2 minutes without making any noise

Rub fingers of your left palm with your right palm for 1 to 5 minutes

Rub fingers of your right palm with your left palm for 1 to 5 minutes

Rub fingers of your sole with your palms for 1 to 5 minutes

Inhale for 3 to 5 times making sound in your throat

Wistle for 30 seconds to 2 minutes

Stretch your legs 5 times

Stretch your hands 5 times
