My way of not getting into any addiction is

Breathing in and Breathing out.



Walk, Jog, Exercise, Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation early morning anytime between 4.00 Am to 8.00 Am.

Being part of my daughters school project work.

Discussions with my wife and with friends and relatives.

Enjoying Morning and Evening Tea.

Doing 5 to 10 minutes stretching exercise after every 2 to 3 hours during my waking hours.

Consciously emptying my brain by consciously and slowly and deeply breathing in and breathing out .
