Always be healthy. If we are healthy our near and dear would be able to enjoy life along with us. If we are healthy we can make ourself as well as others happy.
We should devote sometime everyday to improve our health. We have our parents, our siblings, our spouse / partner, our children, friends, well wishers, we want to see them happy.
We should take care, what we eat, how much we sleep, do exercise, do yoga, pranayam, meditation, follow healthy lifestyle.
1. cleansing the body of substances which cause disease,
2. strengthening the constitution and immune system,
3. eliminating the mental causes of disease, and
4. keeping the life-essence and energy systems flowing smoothly.
Disease is due to physical and mental imbalances within a person
We need to restore the natural balance mentally and physically.
Our whole life and lifestyle must be in harmony to enjoy true well being.
In a state of perfect health, an individual is inwardly in balance and outwardly in harmony with the environment and the laws of nature.
Every day our body systems are exposed to bacteria, viruses, allergens, and carcinogens.
Our immune system has the intelligence and skill to deal with all those invaders and keep us healthy.
When stress, inadequate nutrition, toxins or fatigue weaken the immune system, those same invaders may produce disease.
Every second the body is adjusting to countless thousands of changes, keeping us in balance.
Imbalances weaken the body and make the person susceptible to disease.
The body knows its own nature, knows what ideal temperature it should be and the correct chemistry it needs to maintain health.
There can be no mental health without physical health, and vice versa.
Symptoms and diseases that could be considered as mental thoughts or feelings are just as important as symptoms and diseases of the physical body.
Our health is up to us. We decide to keep it poisoned, malnourished and sickly, or vibrant, well-nourished and healthy.
Every day of our lives, every hour of every day, we can and do choose either health or illness. When we choose wisely, our body rewards us with health and happiness.
When we persistently choose unwisely, our bodies, get sick and give us a chance to rest and rethink our choices.
My personal experience doing Pranayam and Yoga exercises as thought by His Holiness Swami Ramdevji Maharaj is extremely helpful.
Because of His Holiness Swami Ramdevji Maharaj Pranayam and Yoga, personally my fear of disease and death has vanished.
His Holiness Swami Ramdevji Maharaj explained that as a ‘second’ could cause death, in the same way a ‘second’ could give you life, which is absolutely true. Doing Yoga, Pranayam and Meditation gives us great healthy life.
If our wrong life style could lead us to diseases, our correct lifestyle and correct way of living could lead us to healthy living.
If nature has power to cause diseases, same nature has power to make us healthy.
There are no reason we should be fearful of diseases.
Doing Yoga, Pranayam, Meditation, being close to nature, eating healthy food, we can experience the great healthy living.
