Practical tips on what to do when we feel hurt by 'somebody'

Increase our mental and physical capability.

Become more intelligent than that 'somebody'.

Become more physically strong than that 'somebody'.

Live longer than that 'somebody'.

These can be achieved by:

eating quality food,

doing exercise,

following fitness regime,

doing asana, pranayam, meditation (Yoga),

working to improve ourselves, by working on our hobbies'

improving our skill sets.
