• Begin with in sitting posture, quick relaxation of body, focus on breath & 3 times chanting of om & prayer

• Warming up movements/ office stretches/yoga ( in sitting posture )

• Neck movements – up & down, left & right, rotation

• Shoulder rotation

• Shoulder shrugs

• Forward stretches

• Spinal twists

• Waist rotation

• Stretching of legs

• Ankle rotation
