Do yoga at least 2 to 3 hours after snacks.
Keep your feet bare. Do not wear socks or shoes.
Wear light loose comfortable clothes. The clothes you wear should not restrict your movements.
Do not wear belt, watch, contact lenses, ornaments while doing Yoga.
Switch off your cell.
Breathe through nose unless specific instructions are given to the contrary.
Do not strain or force yourself while doing Yogasana.
Do asanas comfortably, slowly, smoothly.
Pay attention to accuracy and alignment without straining yourself.
End your Yoga session with 5 to 10 minutes of savasana - corpse pose.
